Virago Lux Skin Care - Shipping Terms & Agreements
1. Order Processing & Delivery
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors outside our control.
2. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer are not eligible for replacement or refund.
3. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, Virago Lux Skin Care is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.
If your order shows as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your household members, neighbors, or local post office/carrier. We recommend selecting UPS at checkout for more reliable delivery.
4. Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, you must email us within 3 days of delivery with:
- A clear photo of the damaged item(s)
- A photo of the packaging and shipping label
Claims received after 3 days or without photo proof may not be eligible for replacement.
5. Refused or Unclaimed Packages
Packages that are refused, unclaimed, or returned due to an incorrect address will not be reshipped without payment of additional shipping costs.
6. Shipping Method Recommendations
While USPS and UPS are both available, we strongly recommend UPS for greater reliability and detailed tracking.
7. Responsibility for Customs or Duties (if applicable)
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
8. Agreement to Terms
By placing an order with Virago Lux Skin Care, you acknowledge and agree to these shipping terms.
